Basic Building Blocks 16-channel Analog Input KIT for Raspberry Pi

A great value kit to make a 16-channel Analog input board for your Raspberry Pi

40-pin header is presoldered and the kit includes enough components to make a 16-bit analog input board using 2 x MCP3008 input devices - supported directly by GPIOZERO

  • Suitable for all Raspberry Pi with 40 pin GPIO. Zero, A+, B+, 2B, 3B, 3B+
  • GPIO header is pre-soldered
  • All GPIO pins labelled (Broadcom naming)
  • Analog voltages up to 3.3V are measured directly
  • Uses a low-profile header pre-fitted
  • An extended female header (not included) can be used to extend through the holes to connect more boards
  • Smart, Matte black PCB with gold plated contacts
Contents:
  • PCB with pre-fitted GPIO header
  • 2 x 100nF capacitors
  • 2 x 1uF capacitors
  • 2 x 16-pin sockets for analog input chips
  • 2 x MCP3008 analog input chips
  • 2 x 8-way 3pin male headers allowing the use of 3-pin sensors (3.3V only)
Part of the Basic Building Blocks range from 4tronix which enables stacking multiple addons. As with all products in the range, the GPIO header is pre-fitted, leaving you to solder the through-hole components.
